Just as Matthew was about to give up, something caught his eye. It was Evelyn’s address in Seamarsh.
His brow furrowed. That area was set for demolition.
Setting the folder down, Matthew picked up the phone and dialed Fernando.
“Check Evelyn’s place right now. Benny might head there.”
Luka finished up his work quickly on set, allowing Stella to wrap up her day earlier than expected.
As she was getting ready to leave, she felt a tap on her shoulder.
Turning around, she saw Luka standing there, gazing down at her. “Can you give me a ride back?” he asked in a soft yet firm tone.
